Meet The Team

Todd has practiced family dentistry in Menomonie since graduating in 1999 from the University of MN School of Dentistry. Todd's dental education and his compassion for people has prepared him to provide dentistry on all levels whether it's a cosmetic procedure or simply listening to his patient's needs. Todd's goal is to provide comfort to his patients, earn their trust, and determine their best options for their dental health. Whether a patient needs a crown, denture, root canal or restorative dentistry; Todd's goal is to provide high quality dentistry in a relaxing and friendly atmosphere! Since he began practicing dentistry, Todd has kept up to date on many continuing educational classes, ensuring that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced care. Todd enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, boating, attending sporting events, and spending time with his wife Dana, and their three children.

Hi, I’m Kim, and I’m so grateful to be part of Leipnitz Dental family.  I first earned my Bachelor's  Degree in Early Childhood from UW-Stout, but after having our four amazing kids, I decided to follow my passion for dental health.  I went back to school at Chippewa Valley Technical College where I earned my Dental Hygiene degree and license.  

I am passionate about staying up to date with the growing research on how oral health connects to overall health.  My goal is to provide gentle, thorough care during each visit while also giving patients the knowledge and simple tips they need to maintain their oral health.  

Outside of the office I love spending time with my family while staying active outdoors.  Whether it’s enjoying nature or keeping busy with family activities.

Grace has been in the dental field since 2021 and a dental hygienist since 2024. Grace worked as a pediatric dental assistant for two years while pursuing Dental Hygiene at CVTC. She enjoys bringing quality care and bright smiles to her patients. Outside of work Grace spends time with friends and family enjoying activities such as church events, camping, canoeing, reading, and gardening. Grace grew up and currently resides in the Eau Claire area.

Allison is originally from Chippewa Falls but currently lives in Colfax with her boyfriend and 2 kittens. She enjoys all things outdoors such as hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, and camping. Allison is motivated to learn new things in the dental field everyday, and to share that knowledge with patients to help improve their oral health. Allison strives to provide in depth and effective care while remaining gentle and personable.

Kris has been in the Dental field since 1990. She has been practicing as a Registered Dental Hygienist since 1999. Whether Kris is taking a dental x-ray or providing a comprehensive teeth cleaning her patients are always at ease with her gentleness and friendly personality. Kris is originally from Boyceville and she enjoys horseback riding, camping, scrapbooking, and spending time with her husband and two kids.

Erika has been with Leipnitz Dental as Dental Assistant since 1998. Erika enjoys the dentistry field which allows her to work closely with patients. Her caring and fun personality helps ease patients' anxieties during general or cosmetic dental procedures. Erika is originally from Elmwood and currently lives on a family farm in the Durand area. She enjoys gardening, the outdoors, volleyball, and spending time with her husband and three girls.

Allie graduated from Durand High School in 2025 and completed the Dental Assisting program at Northcentral Technical College in Wausau recently. She is passionate about dentistry and enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and cared for during their visits. Allie is currently working toward being accepted into the Dental Hygiene program at CVTC and is excited to continue growing in the dental field.

Outside of the office, Allie enjoys spending time with family and friends and staying active outdoors. She loves hunting, fishing, running, playing sports and spending time outside whenever she can. She is grateful to be part of the Leipnitz Dental team and looks forward to helping create positive experiences for every patient. 

Nancy joined Leipnitz Dental in 2022 with over 20 years in customer service experience. Nancy enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her 3 dogs on the lake pontooning, kayaking, and fishing. Nancy also enjoys quilting and scrapbooking.

Dana has been with Leipnitz Dental since 2016 and specializes in patient scheduling, insurance check-in, and making sure patients are cared for in a timely manner.  Her compassion for people is apparent...she will make sure dental emergencies such as a tooth ache, broken tooth, or absessed tooth are seen in a timely matter.  Dana enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing pickleball, traveling, hiking, golfing, boating, and fishing. 

Beth has worked at Leipnitz Dental as an Office Manager since 1979. Beth is extremely knowledgeable about insurance plans, claim processing, accounting, and patient care. Over the years, Beth has worked in several roles within our office. Whether it's polishing teeth, working as a Dental Assistant, or assisting patients with their insurance plan questions, Beth will make sure every patient is completely cared for. She is originally from Menomonie and currently lives on a farm with her husband, Terry. Beth enjoys playing the piano/organ at church, decorating with antiques and 'treasures', attending sporting events, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
